Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details of the account holder (name, email, phone or WhatsApp).
• Learner details needed for teaching: first name, age band, level, goals, availability, time zone.
• Lesson records: attendance, notes, homework, progress and, where consented, recordings.
• Payment records via our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Basic website analytics, only with consent where required.

Why we collect it

To match a teacher, schedule and deliver lessons, report progress, bill for the service, respond to enquiries and meet safeguarding obligations.

Children

Learner accounts for children are created and controlled by a parent or guardian. Children's information is visible only to their parent account, their teacher and academy coordinators. We do not market to children.

Sharing

Teachers see the learner information they need to teach. Service providers (video platform, payments, email) process data under contract. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Lesson records are kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to provide reports and certificates, then deleted.
