Refund and Cancellation Policy
Policy status. Draft policy to be confirmed by the academy. Published for transparency. Before launch each commitment is confirmed by the academy and this notice is removed.
Cancelling a plan
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. No further payment is taken.
Pausing
Plans can be paused for holidays, Ramadan, exams or illness. Tell the academy before the billing date. Your teacher is held where possible.
Missed lessons
Rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice: not lost. Missed without notice: counted as taken, except in emergencies at the academy's discretion.
Refunds
If the academy cannot provide a suitable teacher after enrolment, the unused portion of the month is refunded. Refunds for other reasons are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.
